摘要 :

The urgent need for sustainable energy solutions demands the development of platinum-free oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalysts. This presentation will explore the intricate relationship between pore structure, active sites, and catalyst performance in transition-metal-nitrogen-doped carbon (TM-N-C) materials. Leveraging the versatility of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) as precursors, we can engineer porous carbon catalysts with optimized electronic properties and active site distribution. This presentation will highlight the potential of MOF-derived materials to revolutionize ORR catalysis and contribute to a sustainable energy future.

學經歷 :

Wai Yin Wong earned her B.Eng in Chemical Engineering and Ph.D. in Fuel Cell Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2009 and 2014, respectively. Since joining the Fuel Cell Institute in 2017, she has focused on research in electrocatalysts, polymer electrolyte membranes, carbon nanomaterials, corrosion, molecular modeling, biomass conversion, hydrogen, and fuel cell technologies.
