Stimuli-responsive drug carriers for controlled release system

摘要 :
Triggered-responsive release and delivery was first introduced in late 1970s with thermo-responsive liposomes for hyperthermia treatments. Over the past decades, tremendous researches have been reported for liposomal control-release via intrinsic trigger such as pH, enzyme or external trigger such as heat, light, and ultrasound. During this talk, I will briefly introduce my previous work about polymeric self-assembled nanoparticles for magnetic- and pH-sensitive release and also the antimicrobial peptides-induced liposomal release toward cancer cell therapy.
